The Secretary for Transport and Logistics, Mr Lam Sai-hung, wrote that the detailed arrangements for the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Hong Kong vehicle quota free scheme are expected to be announced on or before March 2023 and implemented within the same year, benefiting 450,000 private car owners and passengers. With reference to the implementation experience, the Administration will explore extending the Scheme to one land boundary control point in Hong Kong and Shenzhen.
